History
Suissemont Estates was founded in a small office overlooking Lake Zurich. That original spirit continues to shape the company's identity today.
With the launch of Suissemont Commercial, the company expanded its portfolio to include commercial property alongside residential listings.
Our first office outside Zurich opened in Geneva, marking the start of a growing presence across Switzerland's major cities.
Through our in-house academy, we laid the foundations for consistent service quality and training standards across every location.
New offices opened in Ticino and the Grisons, strengthening our presence in some of Switzerland's most sought-after property markets.
With dedicated services for high-net-worth private clients, we further strengthened our expertise in the premium segment.
Suissemont Estates generated strong commission revenue across our growing network of Swiss locations. We were able to achieve this positive business performance thanks to the consistent service quality offered by our advisors at every one of our offices.
